How much does a Disability Skills Passport cost?
A Passport costs $70 + GST in Year 1 and $50 + GST in year 2. This fee covers the verification of a worker’s data and training, access to the program and mobile app, and ongoing local support.
Why do I need to provide my email address and mobile phone number?
The email address used to register a worker is where reminders, system notification and access to the mobile app will be sent. Support Worker eCards will be sent to their mobile phone number.
How do workers access the mobile app?
Workers will receive an email invitation that contains both a link to download the mobile app and their username and password. Those details will be sent to the email address entered against their profile during registration. The worker will download the app to their mobile device and create their own 4 digit pin for easy access. Please note: if you have used a generic email address, the administrator of that address must forward the username/password to the worker.
Are there reports available for more insight into my workforce?
Basic reports are available in the Disability Skills Passport portal. Instructions can be found in the corresponding user guide at the top of the page. If you require specific reporting for your organisation, please contact the Pegasus team with your requirements.
